How do I  update my Receiver?

   To Update your Receiver go to my download area and look for the software and firmware that match your receiver name then download both files to same folder you  already created on your desktop then unzip both files and click on the software file (.exe) then open firmware file from open bottom and download firmware to receiver using the propriety cable .

Note : to access download are you have to be a member (Member cost $99.99 CND)

Where can I find the software for my receiver?

   the software to your receiver in the download area,  make sure your receiver and the software to be exactly same name. do not use different software to a different receiver ...this will damage your receiver.

Why doesn't my receiver do update ?

   If your receiver does not do update make sure you are using the property cable  (null or Cross over) .If you are using USB cable  make sure you define the driver for the USB to com cable.

What  if my receiver turn off completely  ?

   if this happen that mean the firmware on your receiver not matching the same model then you have to bring receiver to store to do jtag for it...this will cost you money.

What is the different between firmware and software... ?

   firmware is the file that should be on your receiver. Software is the file that transfer the firmware from your computer to your receiver
